May 7, 1861

       Marlborough, May. 7th, 1861      

    The company met at there room in the
Exchange building.
    on motion voted to choose a committee
of three to see the committee chosen
 by the town to assist volunteers
and see if the company can have
uniforms at the expense of the town.
     Chose.   Captain.  Moses P. Palmer
                    Lieut.     David L. Brown
                        “         Alfred G. Howe.
            Said Committee.

on motion voted to choose a committee
of three to draught some by-laws for
this company.
      Chose.     Lieu   Alfred G. Howe
                       Capt   Moses P. Palmer
                                  Wm. Barnes
            Said committee
